Spearfishing Instruction

Freediving & Scuba - Beginners to Advanced & Technical Spearfishing
Hawaiian Sling training for the Bahamas

 (Available privately & semi-privately)

Spearfishing is a sport that I break down into 3 key sections:
First you have to
See Fish - Second you have to Shoot Fish - Third you have to Secure Fish

That sounds simple, but in reality it's very complex. Photography and videos are used in the classroom, followed by hands-on visualization with spearfishing equipment on dry land. Finally, it's off to the open water to implement the training in real ocean conditions, where the challenge intensifies and, hopefully, the fish will join us.

Spearfishing can be a very taxing activity, demanding both physical endurance and mental clarity. That's why I highly recommend advanced dive training beforehand, allowing your skills to become second nature - almost like shifting into a focused state where every movement counts. This kind of immersive preparation shares a surprising resemblance to navigating high-intensity environments like city center online casino, where precision, awareness, and timing define the experience. Florida Freedivers in West Palm Beach offers the resources and guidance needed to get there.
